ICE Announces Non-Renewal of 287(g) Task Force Agreements & Year-End Removal Num

ICE announced that it removed 409,849 individuals in FY2012 and that it is not renewing its 287(g) agreements with state & local law enforcement task forces.

ICE Memo on New National Detainer Guidance for Civil Immigration Enforcement

A new December 21, 2012 guidance memo from ICE Director John Morton limits the use of ICE detainers to individuals with certain enumerated criteria, such as prior felony convictions or three or more prior misdemeanor convictions.

To make the long story short - I wouldn't be here now writing this review if it wasn't for him. He fought with me and for me as if he was defending himself and not some stranger from a foreign country. I will highly recommend him - if your case has any chance at all he is the one you need.
