Green Card Applications

The steps to becoming a Green Card holder (permanent resident) vary by category and depend on whether you currently live inside or outside the United States. The green card serves as proof that its holder has been officially granted immigration benefits, which include permission to reside and take employment in the United States.

The applications for a Green Card may be complicated and tricky to someone unfamiliar with the process and immigration laws. As such, having an immigration lawyer to assist with the administrative process ensures that the application will be completed correctly without unnecessary rejections or delays.
