Mr. Shulman received a JD from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1991, and a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Syracuse University in 1987. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the American Immigration Lawyers Association, NJ State Bar Association, and the Bars of Hawaii and the District of Columbia.
